FEAR OF BEING SEEN

I was just singing the lyrics to a song off one of my favorite albums, “The Wall”. It was a concept album done in 1980 and was hugely successful. The verse I was singing was from the song “The Trial”:

The evidence before the court is incontrovertible
There's no need for the jury to retire
In all my years of judging, I have never heard before
Of someone more deserving of the full penalty of law
The way you made them suffer, your exquisite wife and mother
Fills me with the urge to defecate (go on, Judge, shit on him!)
Since my friend you have revealed your deepest fear
I sentence you to be exposed before your peers
Tear down the wall

(Two guesses what wife and mother were.. starts with an N)

Then it hit me, they were singing about the brand-new diagnosis they just came out with called “fear of being seen”! I had one. It’s not social anxiety, it’s different. If I had to sit in the front area of class, I was fight/flight the whole period. If I could sit near the back, it would be smooth sailing.

Obviously, the English were a bit ahead of us in seeing the matrix for what it was. It’s also obvious that this isn’t information anyone wanted talked about.

Another thing that hit me today was getting a notice from mgmt. at my apartment about an inspection next week. I’m not going to lie, the way it was worded, and words used, triggered my fight/flight. It never took much. In the past, this would also keep my mind spinning until it was after.

I’d think about why they are doing it. Could it be about me? These are just natural things that you think about when you have trauma responses to certain triggers. My point would be that people in certain neurological groups have a right to not being triggered when it is something so simple. The real question though is why is it all like that? And how many of these little frequency lowering “issues” do we deal with daily.

This is also why GenX seems to have a leg up and aren’t as worried. All my prophets were singers in Rock Bands or drummers (Neil Peart). Most won’t see it clearly until I connect the dots, but it’s in all our sub consciousness. Maybe I’ll start that as a business. Going through old albums and de-coding the obvious ones that want to be decoded.

That whole Album was a concept Album about the state of society and education system and much more, I’m sure.

The Quest

In the fall 2010, I was sitting in the new addition to the house with my ex having a rather deep conversation. I had recently tried Adderall and around the same time finished the book “Driven to Distraction” about ADHD. I remember crying for hours after reading that book. Tears of Joy in having finally seen my experiences described so vividly by another. So, in the following weeks I was quite literally lost in this newfound depth to my thoughts and emotions. We are sitting there talking, my fiancé and I, I remember being very relaxed with my feet up on the desk. I also speculated that my mother kept me out but that made me the scape goat. I added that when my paternal grandmother died, we never went back to that side of the family again.
